I was also impressed with her adherence to guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID, since I have some underlying conditions. Tracy not only gave me the benefit of her knowledge, but also listened to what was important to ME, which might be different than what others see as important. Ultimately, we sold my house prior to it hitting MLS.

!!! We were looking for a property near La Crosse & even tho it was not in her area she sent us listings. And when the listing agent had plans she took the time to drive an 1 1/2 on a Friday afternoon to show us the property. We did not purchase this property. On Labor Day week-end we saw a property that we wanted to look at. We called Tracy on Saturday to make arrangements to see the land on Sunday. She was willing to change her plans to meet us with the listing agent early Sunday morning Labor Day week-end. We made an offer that day & the owners excepted. If not for Tracy we would have missed out on this property. Others had looked at the property & put their offer in on Tuesday. We were able to slip in ahead of others because she was willing to work the holiday.

She takes the time to listen and gets you an answer for all your questions. She is professional and always on time. I am currently pregnant which does put me at higher risk due to COVID. I never had any hesitations about meeting with Tracy because I know she is taking COVID very seriously and always was looking out for our health when we were entering a property and when we went to close.
