Tracy was amazing!!!! We were looking for a property near La Crosse & even tho it was not in her area she sent us listings. And when the listing agent had plans she took the time to drive an 1 1/2 on a Friday afternoon to show us the property. We did not purchase this property. On Labor Day week-end we saw a property that we wanted to look at. We called Tracy on Saturday to make arrangements to see the land on Sunday. She was willing to change her plans to meet us with the listing agent early Sunday morning Labor Day week-end.
We made an offer that day & the owners excepted. If not for Tracy we would have missed out on this property. Others had looked at the property & put their offer in on Tuesday. We were able to slip in ahead of others because she was willing to work the holiday.
